Payment
Payment is accepted through PayPal at the time of order. Once payment is received, your purchase will be shipped within four business days. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can pay with credit card through PayPal. If you choose to pay by e-check, your purchase will be shipped within four business days of cleared payment.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping:
All orders are shipped USPS Certified First Class Mail or Priority Mail
with Delivery Confirmation. Tracking numbers are emailed through Paypal
once your order has been scheduled for shipment. If you do not receive a
shipping confirmation, be sure to check your junk mail folder and email
me ([email protected]) and I can look it up. Lost orders will be
refunded or reshipped at the buyer's request. Undeliverable (return to
sender) orders will be cancelled and refunded less the cost of shipping.
International Shipping:
All international orders (except to Canada) Will ship via USPS First
Class Mail with insurance. Delivery times vary, but most orders arrive
within 2-4 weeks. If your order does not arrive within 30 days of
shipment you will receive a full refund. Customs form numbers are
emailed from [email protected], add me to your mailing list so you
don't miss this email!
Customs fees vary and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Items
returned for non-payment of customs fees will be refunded less the cost
of shipping and fees.
All Orders:
Please allow four business days for processing time. Typical shipping
days are Wednesdays and Thursdays. All items are ready to ship unless
otherwise noted. Made to order items take one-two weeks to ship. A
shipping date estimate for made-to-order items will be sent upon
receipt.
Express shipping and insurance are available upon request.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unused and unopened items may be returned at the buyer's expense for a refund within seven days of receiving the item. Please contact me prior to returning the item. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on custom orders.
